Number of transistors on an integrated circuit for minimum component cost doubles in every 18 months. (Reference)

Well I propose new Quark's Law of idiocy. Average 'level' of programmers dwindles by half every two year.

By level I mean the kind of work you do, the kind of work that get proud of(if you get a chance to do so).
